TFIIIB

TFIIIB
Transcription factor consisting of TBP and two other proteins. An initiation factor required by RNA polymerase III; TFIIIA and TFIIIC assist its binding to the appropriate DNA sequence. Effectively acts as a positioning factor for polymerase.
